RETURN/REFUND POLICY
At Hayatt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.
Return Process:
1. Initiating a Return:
1.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support portal by dropping a direct message on our Instagram handle @hayatt.co or chat with us on WhatsApp: +91 9934123456. We are available Monday-Sunday between 10 am – 7 pm IST.
1.2. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Products and Orders
2.1. Returns are accepted only if the products are unused, in the same condition as shipped, with all original tags attached, and packaging intact.
3. Return Procedure:
3.1. For non-serviceable pin codes, you may self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse address: Hayatt Warehouse Building No./Flat No.: SHOP NO E20, E22, D27, E45, D40, E60 BLOCK E

3.2. Payment for orders placed on the Site must be made through the payment methods provided at checkout. We accept payment via credit/debit card, net banking, and other payment methods as may be available.
3.3. Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.
4. Refund Process:
4.1. Once the refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be processed and credited within 10 Days to the original mode of payment.
