RETURN/REPLACE POLICY

At Hayatt, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery, with an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

Return Process:

1. Initiating a Return:

1.1. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support portal by dropping a direct message on our Instagram handle @hayatt.co or chat with us on WhatsApp: +91 9934123456. We are available Monday-Sunday between 10 am – 7 pm IST.

1.2. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

2. Products and Orders

2.1. Returns are accepted only if the products are unused, in the same condition as shipped, with all original tags attached, and packaging intact.

2.2. Certain product categories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks).

3. Return Procedure:

3.1. For non-serviceable pin codes, you may self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse address: Hayatt Warehouse [Warehour Hayatt]

3.2. Payment for orders placed on the Site must be made through the payment methods provided at checkout. We accept payment via credit/debit card, net banking, and other payment methods as may be available.

3.3. Please ensure the items are securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the packaging.

4. Refund Process:

4.1. For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 7 days from the date of receiving the returned product(s). A reverse shipment fee of INR 100 will be deducted per order.

4.2. For COD orders, store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup.

4.3. Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed on our store.

5. Exchange Policy:

5.1. We offer exchanges for size or color variations of the same product, subject to availability.

5.2. If the desired product is unavailable, we will process a refund as per our refund policy.

6. Additional Information:

6.1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6.2. Please note that refunds/bank transfers are applicable only for prepaid orders/online payments.

6.3. Orders purchased during promotional offers like BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are not eligible for returns.

6.4. Bank account details provided by the customer should be accurate. Any errors will not be the responsibility of Hayatt.
